Changed your mind? Exclusive deposits are refunded in full within 14 days of paying, no questions asked. Tell us who you are and we’ll take care of it.
How refunds work
- Exclusive deposit ($250): every dollar back if you ask within 14 days, no questions asked. The territory hold is released.
- Solo and Team: cancel anytime, and you keep the list until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund past months, but our guarantee stands: at least 3 new projects a month across the Permian, or next month free.
- Exclusive plan: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. If any month brings fewer than 3 projects, you can cancel with no penalty.
- Refunds go back to your card and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
